Vitamin E is another important vitamin that can be found naturally in a variety of foods, making a supplement useless for most people. Aside from the two anti-aging vitamins noted above, other important treatments include vitamin K, Selenium, and vitamin B6 and B12. These anti-aging vitamins offer similar results to vitamins C and E. they are all supposedly effective methods for removing potentially dangerous substances from the body. Vitamins B6 and B12 can be found in a variety of sport drinks currently on the market, most notably the vitamin enhanced waters. Gatorade and PowerAde have both come out with a wide range of products containing vitamin B. these drinks are very popular among health conscience people because they offer these vitamins with minimal calories. Selenium can be found in eggs, seafood, and whole grain cereal. All of these vitamins are supposedly effective anti-aging methods. Taking anti-aging vitamins can be very effective in slowing the aging process. These vitamins are in a number of foods and also available in supplement form. One should really ask themselves if they need a supplement when they can get most of these vitamins in perfectly healthy foods. Maintaining a proper diet is one very practical anti-aging method because most of the natural anti-aging vitamins are in very healthy foods. Just remember that taking vitamin supplements can be costly, especially when most of these vitamins can be taken through a natural healthy diet.
