Nervous about your beach body, you shouldn’t be !

You can get a beach ready body in three months by working out hard and watching what you eat

Are you nervous about your beach body?  You shouldn’t be!  Just workout like an animal and don’t eat from April to July 4th, and you will be ripped!  This may seem like a startling statement, but many celebrities, sports figures, and professional bodybuilders use this technique to get in the best shape of their lives.  And the best part is that you can eat whatever they want.   You can carbo load, or eat a tremendous amount of sweets and candies.  You can continue to enjoy bread, pizza, bread, potatoes, and all your favorite foods.  It really is a great, low impact way to keep your appearance up.

You just have to put in the extra special effort.  You need to hit the gym like your life depended on it.  You have to go everyday for several hours a day.  And is best if you can go several times a day.  This way, you can keep your metabolism up, and you won’t have to worry about your body atrophying.  Instead, by working your core muscles groups all day every day, you allow your body to perform at its highest levels.  This way, you will be looking alike a celebrity come summer.  You will turn heads as you play volleyball.  You may even strike up more than a few conversations with members of the opposite sex.  And because all this attention is the reason why you work so hard, it becomes especially satisfying to see your dream of a fabulous, and extravagant beach body become a reality.

But once April rolls around, you have to change your diet completely.  You have to eat right from April to July 4th.  This is incredibly important and the success or failure of your entire exercise regiment depends on whether or not you follow these simple instructions.  If you do not watch your diet come April, all the working out in the world won’t help you improve your body image. 

You simply have to watch what you eat.  When it becomes difficult to eat healthy foods, and your cravings for bread, pizza, and potatoes become too overpowering, just remember that you can have all these and more of your favorite foods nine months out of the year.  But in order to look like a stud at the beach, you have to refrain from eating these types of foods from April to July 4th.  After that, if you exercise like an animal, you will finally have that beach ready body that you have been craving.  Then you can repeat the cycle again, enjoying all of your favorite foods while still looking like a celebrity.

So if you follow these simple steps, you can finally strut your proverbial stuff on the beach in the summer, without having to wear a shirt in the water or refrain from enjoying the sun, water, and sun entirely because you are embarrassed about your appearance.  You can finally put these fears to rest simply by working out like an animal and watching what you eat.
